Ventilation Control Curtains are made to the mines design and sizes as well as their individual needs. With options between curtains with epoxy kit and curtains with steel spring stays. Steel ladders and Wooden ladders are made to the mines specifications.

Service Way Ladders
WOODEN LADDERS
The Side Stringers are made from PINE to SABS 550 Grade V4. Under each tread a 12mm threaded bar is placed to support the treads and side stringers. 3/100 long nails on each side nailed each tread to the side stringer. The length of the ladders is to 2,4m to better space the treads. A “vastrap” Plate 3mm thick (4,6mm) is placed onto each tread to improve the grip. We manufacture different degrees of the ladder as per the mine specification

REFUGE BAY AIRLINES AND SILENCERS
The airline has been designed to distribute air freely, with a low noise level into the refuge bay, using a unique silencer. A second pipeline is also incorporated into the unit to which a flute is attached to signal outside the refuge bay. Depending on the length of the kit you require to the amount of galvanised pipes in the kit.
